LUCY LEA

Managing Director

Leaving university in 2003 and struggling to find suitable accommodation in which to live whilst starting my first post university job, made me realise the need for high end HMOs in Ipswich, and with the support of my family, two years later LEA Property Solutions was born. I am extremely passionate about what I do and pride myself on working to my full potential.


Owning my own property and having lived in HMOs in the past means that I feel I have the experience to benefit both tenants and landlords and will always work constructively to exceed the needs of both landlords and tenants. The market has changed greatly in the past 15 years and the business has grown to keep up with those needs. I feel very blessed to have built such a fantastic and loyal team around me and look forward to the future. Property has always been and continues to be a passion of mine so who knows what the future holds for LEA Property Solutions in terms of expansion! "

LAURA PLUMB

Senior Property Manager

Laura has been with LEA Property Solutions since 2014. Laura is an energetic member of our team and is our Senior Property Manager having worked for LEA Property Solutions for the last six years. Before joining LEA, Laura had a long service within the Care sector, working with adults with learning disabilities for thirteen and a half years.

Laura has lived in Ipswich all her life and her knowledge of the area is second to none. She takes great pride in her work and has enjoyed watching the business grow from strength to strength.

" I worked alongside Lucy in a previous job and therefore when I joined the business in September 2014, I understood her need to excel in all that she did, sharing her passion for communication and organisation. Together, we work towards exceeding the needs of all our clients and I couldn't be happier in my job, surrounded by the great team we have built together. I do believe we are the dream team! Our care and compassion makes us different to the other agencies and it is very rewarding providing lovely homes in which working professionals can enjoy living."

SIMON LEA

Property Manager

Simon has been with LEA Property Solutions since 2018. He was the third member to join the team and it is good to balance the team with a male! Simon’s working life has centred around customer service, having worked in the hospitality sector for 15 years, managing restaurants, pubs and hotels as General Manager. The decision to move industries was to support his choice to pursue a self-employed career, working as a Management Consultant on Monday and Tuesday with another company and working with LEA Property Solutions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This compliments his degree in Business Management and Enterprise.

EMMA DAVIES

Property Manager

Emma’s role is to deal with the whole tenant process from start to finish, from initially showing prospective tenants around properties to moving them out. Emma enjoys being out on the road and meeting new people. She is creative and prides herself on her artistic flair and ability to choose the perfect soft furnishings to give our properties a revamp, making them feel homely and inviting. Before joining LEA in October 2019, Emma worked in the retail industry and so her vast experience of customer service has been invaluable for this role. 

Emma has had no personal experience of living in a house share, however she was impressed by the high standard of accommodation LEA had to offer. It was immediately clear that the houses were of a very high standard; they were organised, clean, tidy and modern, which would appeal to working professionals.

SKYE BLOOMFIELD

Office Apprentice

Skye is the newest member of the LEA team, having joined us in October 2020 on Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Skye has a background in customer facing roles, working mainly in retail whilst completing her qualifications at college. She has always had a thirst for working in property management and so is therefore delighted to join our small team! Skye believes in putting 100% into her work and likes to keep a positive atmosphere around her which fits in well with the mantra for LEA.

BASIL BRUSH

Head Of Barketing

Basil is living his best life in his eighth year at the LEA office. He is an experienced barketing specialist with a proven track record of making tenants and landlords go weak at the knees! He is always looking out for oppawtunities to build the LEA brand. Basil has always looked after the pawmotional side the of the business with infamous Instagram and Facebook posts. Basil says; “anytime you need a friendly, understanding ear then pick up the dog and bone and lets have a chat!”
