It is a stunning property and is very well looked after by the tenants who currently live there, along with assistance from the weekly cleaner and gardener. The house boasts a lounge and dining area with sofa and TV and a separate kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and breakfast bar.

​The property is located in the popular Christchurch Park area that offers a quiet and high standard of living, and is a mere short walk to the town centre. There are two parking permits offered with the house which are allocated on a first come, first served basis to the tenants and are charged at an additional £8.50 per month.

This is a house share based on five working professionals sharing, so ideal for making new friends if you are a newcomer to the area. We encourage communal living in our properties and would add you to the house WhatsApp group on the day you move in to allow you to communicate with your fellow house mates.

We are happy to send you video tours of any of our available properties as well of the individual bedrooms on Whatsapp in case you are not able to view the property in person. If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
