This four-bedroom, end terraced property was refurbished in February 2020 to purposely accommodate working professionals. It is a house share based on four sharing so ideal for making new friends as well as having your own space. The four generously sized bedrooms range in price from £370pm to £450pm. All rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and lock on every bedroom door for privacy. The room rates include all utility bills, wireless internet, weekly cleaner and gardener. The property offers a separate lounge and dining area with kitchen space and small utility zone, and one bathroom shared by all tenants. All communal areas are cleaned weekly by our cleaner. There is a small private garden that is maintained by a gardener, with a patio area which houses a table and chairs. There is also a secure bike storage facility and access to the main road from the garden via a locked gate. All tenants currently living here are working professionals around the same age, and have moved in with a view to making new friends so we ask that you are sociable, friendly, polite and respectful to fit in with the existing housemates.
The house is located in west Ipswich just off the popular Norwich Road and has a variety of convenience stores just around the corner. It is a 20 minute walk to the town centre and train station, with buses that leave from the end of the road every 5 minutes should you prefer not to walk!  The house is in a fantastic location for easy access to the A12/A14 and also the many businesses on the Whitehouse Industrial Estate and Anglia Retail Park.

Parking is offered on the residential road outside the house with no restrictions.

The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.

We are happy to send you video tours of any of our available properties as well of the individual bedrooms on Whatsapp in case you are not able to view the property in person. If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
