This mid-terraced house was is on the edge of the very popular Christchurch area and is very clean, tidy and furnished with modern, funky furniture. It is very much a girly house share and is very well looked after by the four girls who currently live there, with assistance from the weekly cleaner and gardener. This female only house share is based on four sharing so ideal for making new friends. All rooms are equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and have a TV point and lock on the bedroom door for extra privacy. The room rates include all utility bills, wireless internet, cleaner and gardener. All communal areas (not bedrooms) are cleaned weekly by the cleaner and they comprise a lounge, kitchen/diner, complete with breakfast bar, and one bathroom shared between all the girls. There is a lovely private and secure garden at the rear of the property with a locked side gate giving access to the road. The garden is spacious, maintained by the gardener, and complete with a patio area housing a table and chairs. There is a shed and access to the main road via a locked alleyway so ideal for prospective tenants with bikes. The girls currently living here have moved due to relocation and so are looking for like-minded females with whom to socialise

The house is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from the town centre in the popular and stunning Christchurch Park area that offers a quiet and high standard of living.

There are two parking permits offered with the house which are allocated on a first come, first served basis to two of the tenants. There is alternative, non-restrictive parking on roads a short walk from the property, ideal for visitors.

We are happy to send you video tours of any of our available properties as well of the individual bedrooms on Whatsapp in case you are not able to view the property in person. If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
