There are six en suite bedrooms in the property: two large doubles for £550 per month, two medium doubles for £520 and two small doubles for £500 per month. All the rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall hung flat screen TV and lock on the bedroom door for extra privacy. Each bedroom also operates an audio system, meaning that the TV can be listened to via headphones plugged into a socket next to the bed to ensure other housemates aren’t disturbed. The en suites all have a shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail and are cleaned every third week by our cleaner. The room rates include ALL bills – water, electric, gas, council tax, wireless internet, weekly cleaner and gardener. The communal kitchen/diner/lounge area and downstairs toilet are cleaned weekly by our cleaner but the bedrooms are the tenants responsibility. The housemates currently living here have moved in because they are looking for a place to call home and make new friends so we ask that you are sociable, friendly, polite, respectful and within the current age range to fit in with the existing housemates. All housemates are added to the house WhatsApp group (managed by us) to encourage communal living.

We are happy to send you video tours of any of our available properties as well of the individual bedrooms on Whatsapp in case you are not able to view the property in person. If it is not possible for you to attend a viewing and meet us in person, then we would require a video call with you, in place of a face to face meeting, in which we would talk you through the application process to ensure you are happy and able to fulfil our application criteria.
Please be aware that we require a holding fee one week’s rent to secure the room whilst we take you through the application process. Our application process includes references, checking ID and share codes if you are not a UK resident. Once the application process is complete, we will then require a full month’s rent as a deposit, minus the one week’s holding fee you have already paid. These deposit details will then be entered into the ‘Mydeposits’ scheme and you will be issued with a certificate as proof of this protection. The day that you move into the property we will require another month’s rent for the month ahead. ​To help your budgeting, basically we require a payment of two months’ rent (broken down in the three stages as described above) before we can let you move in.
