Situated in east Ipswich, in one of the most sought after areas in which to live, there are direct buses to BT Adastral Park and the hospital. There is off-road parking for one car and this is allocated to a specific tenant on a first come, first served basis for an additional charge of £30 per month. There is also unrestricted parking on Alexandra Road which is opposite the house. A single yellow line outside the front of the house means you can park there after 6pm and before 8am Monday - Saturday and all day on Sundays.
