All communal areas (not bedrooms) are cleaned weekly by the cleaner and they comprise a lounge, kitchen, dining room and utility area and an upstairs bathroom with a shower, shared between all housemates. There is a lovely private and secure garden, maintained monthly by a gardener, with a patio area housing a table and chairs. Housemates currently living here have moved in because they are looking for a place to call home and make new friends so we ask that you are sociable, friendly, polite and respectful to fit in with the existing housemates.

The house is located on a quiet road in east Ipswich in a sought-after area, just off Foxhall Road, and is a 10 minute walk to the new university building and also the popular marina/docklands area that offers many bars/restaurants and night life. A walk to the town centre is a mere 20 minutes and there are several convenience stores within a 2 minute walk, ie. local Co-op, newsagent, fish & chip shop and many other takeaway outlets. Permanent parking is offered outside the property and there are no restrictions. It is a quiet residential area so there is always plenty of parking available.
