There are four bedrooms in the property: a large double for £420 per month, two medium sized doubles for £390 and a small double for £360. All rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and have a TV point and lock on the bedroom door for privacy. The room rates include all utility bills, wireless internet, cleaner and gardener. All communal areas (not bedrooms) are cleaned weekly by the cleaner and they comprise a lounge, kitchen/diner, and one bathroom shared between all the tenants.

The gardener maintains a lovely private and secure garden with patio area and table and chairs. There is access to the main road from the garden via a locked alleyway that runs down the side of the house and also a locked shed in the garden, so ideal for prospective tenants who may have bikes. The tenants currently living here have moved in due to relocation, and because they are looking for a place to call home and make new friends with whom to socialise, we ask that you are sociable, friendly, polite and respectful to fit in with the existing housemates.
The house is located in west Ipswich just off the popular Norwich Road, with a variety of convenience stores just around the corner. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre and 20 minutes to the train station with buses that leave from the end of the road every 5 minutes should you prefer not to walk! The house is in an excellent location for easy access to the A14 and A12.
