LEA Property Solutions is a small family run business that specialises in the running of HMOs (Rooms to Rent) in Ipswich, predominantly around the town centre. We also offer a unique Property Minding service for clients that are away from their homes for long periods of time. We endeavor to provide solutions for whatever your property needs, exceeding your expectations, not just meeting them. We believe that great communication with all clients is the key for a happy and successful business and working life and will meet with you on a one to one basis to discuss your specific needs and requirements in more detail.

If you are a landlord then we would be delighted to meet with you to discuss managing your property or if you are a simply going away on holiday then we can offer you a unique Property Minding service.

If you are a working professional then we understand your need to live in a funky, clean and modern environment with excellent amenities. All our properties are inspected regularly and most boast a weekly cleaner to keep them to the high standard we require. All our houses that are rented per room are lived in by professionals of a similar age to you, a perfect opportunity for you to live with like-minded people and make new friends especially if you are new to the area. We offer you advice and support throughout your tenancy, listening to your needs and striving to solve any problems quickly and effectively.
